上海期货交易所石油期货上市工作组组长，交割部高级总监。石油工程学硕士、经济学博士。 1993年至今，一直从事期货市场操作和管理工作，并致力于石油和金融衍生品市场的研究。著有《中国期货市场风险研究》，《加入 WTO对中国期货市场的影响与对策》副主编，《期货市场学》副主编。主要论文有《投资基金的重要组成部分--期货投资基金的发展和作用》、《运用期货市场规避期货风险》、《世界石油市场体系与价格体系》等。
